Welcome to NextVibe. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NextVibe website, products, services, and related features.

By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

These Terms are intended for an Indian e-commerce business and should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Terms

You may use NextVibe only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.

3. Products and Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, colours, dimensions, availability, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

  • Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
  • Packaging may vary from photographs.
  • Manufacturers may make changes to product design or packaging.
  • Minor differences between product photographs and the delivered product may occur.

We do not intentionally misrepresent the characteristics or quality of our products.

The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply to e-commerce retail in India and include requirements concerning accurate representations of goods and services and consumer protections.

If you receive a product that materially differs from its advertised description, please contact us according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

4. Pricing

All product prices displayed on NextVibe are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include applicable taxes where indicated on the product or checkout page.

The applicable price for your order will generally be the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors or other circumstances permitted by law.

We reserve the right to change product prices, discounts, offers, or promotions at any time before an order is accepted.

A price change after your order has been accepted will not normally affect the price of that accepted order, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

5. Payment

We do not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or similar highly sensitive payment credentials on our own systems.

Cash on Delivery

Where COD is available, you may pay for eligible orders when they are delivered.

COD may not be available for:

  • Certain order values
  • Certain customers or orders
  • Orders that our courier partners are unable to support

Additional COD charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. Order Placement and Acceptance

When you place an order on NextVibe, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another communication method.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, including:

  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud or abuse
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Payment failure
  • Technical errors
  • Unusual or excessive ordering activity

If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we will initiate an appropriate refund through the applicable payment method, subject to applicable law and our refund procedures.

7. Order Cancellation

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to a delivery partner.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may be able to use our applicable return/refund process after delivery.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to eligible locations within India, subject to courier availability.

Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed or communicated where reasonably possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
